Makita UA004GZ Cordless Pole Saw – forget about ladders and awkward postures when shaping tree crowns. The telescopic pole with a maximum length of 3.8 m (excluding the user’s height) allows you to easily remove overgrown branches at height while maintaining a stable position on the ground. Simply install the battery and start cutting branches without the hassle of fuel mixing and complicated maintenance. This model is equipped with a powerful brushless motor delivering up to 1500 W of max output. The maximum chain speed of 20 m/s ensures high performance even with thick and hard branches. The chain cover features captive nuts – you won’t lose them when replacing the guide bar and chain. The transparent 160 ml oil tank with automatic oil feed provides continuous chain lubrication, extending its service life. The hook allows you to extract cut branches from the tree canopy. The battery protector can also be used as an extra handle when working with arms fully extended. This pole saw operates on the XGT battery platform. This type of battery is compatible with more than 260 Makita tools from the XGT series, meaning it can be used not only with gardening tools but also with Makita drivers and rotary hammers.
