Makita DUA200RT01 Cordless Pole Saw – forget about ladders, awkward postures, and heavy garden tools. This model is specifically designed for the home user: lightweight, compact, and incredibly easy to handle. Simply install the battery and start cutting branches without the hassle of fuel mixing and complicated maintenance. The brushless motor delivers optimal power (260 W) for maintaining a suburban garden. The chain speed of 6.7 m/s and a 20 cm / 8″ bar are perfect for shaping the crowns of overgrown garden trees. The main advantage is the rotating cutting head that locks in 9 positions – you can cut branches at any angle. The two-piece telescopic pole (up to 2.5 m, excluding the user’s height) fits easily in a car trunk and takes up little storage space. Comfort in every detail: tool-less chain tensioning lets you replace the cutting attachment without any tools. The transparent oil tank with automatic oil feed means you can always see the lubrication level. The lightweight design and well-thought-out balance allow you to work without fatigue. This pole saw operates on the LXT battery platform. The kit includes one BL1850B battery and a DC18RC charger. This type of battery is compatible with more than 400 Makita tools from the LXT range – meaning it can be used not only with gardening tools but also with Makita drivers and rotary hammers.
