The Makita UC4050A electric chain saw is designed for cutting wood materials on construction sites or for trimming branches on a garden plot. The key feature of this model is its longitudinally mounted motor, which makes the saw more compact and manoeuvrable compared to conventional designs. The saw is equipped with a powerful 2,000 W motor. Maximum chain speed is 14.5 m/s. The metal bucking spike allows you to make straight, clean cuts, while the adjustable oil pump lets you optimise oil delivery to the guide bar depending on the season and wood type, or shut it off completely when the saw is not in use. The side-mounted chain tensioner makes it quick to take up chain slack. An oil level window on the body allows you to monitor the chain oil level at a glance.
