The Makita UR006GU101 is a powerful tool for cutting dense undergrowth. It is equipped with a high-performance brushless motor that delivers 1000 W. The maximum cutting diameter with the trimmer head is 430 mm, and a metal blade of up to 255 mm in diameter can be fitted if required. The guard works with both the trimmer head and the metal blade, and the protective skirt can be removed without any tools when changing accessories. The bike-style handle ensures high productivity and comfortable operation, even on slopes. The tool weighs 6.3 kg with an 8 Ah battery. Three speed settings let you select the optimal performance, while the ADT mode automatically adjusts the speed across the entire range to help save battery power. The kit includes a double-shoulder harness that evenly distributes the weight of the tool and reduces operator fatigue. The brush cutter runs on the XGT battery platform. The kit includes a 4 Ah battery and a DC40RA charger. The battery charges to 100% in just 45 minutes. This battery is compatible with more than 260 Makita tools, meaning it can be used not only with garden equipment but also with impact drivers, rotary hammers, and other XGT tools.
